Install Android 6.0 on Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 P5100 / P5110 / P5113
How to Update Galaxy Tab 2 (P5100 / P5110 / P5113) to Android 6.0
Download the proper Android 6.0 M CM 13 firmware file in your computer for the Tab 2 10.1 with the version numbers - P5100, P5110 and P5113 .
Don’t forget to download Google Apps (small file) from last link
Save the Android 6.0 update file and the Google Apps package on your PC.
Then, connect your Galaxy Tab with your PC with the help of the USB cable
Transfer the downloaded files on your tablet and when done, remove the USB connection.
Goto download mode (hold vol-&power key)
Run Odin tool & flash twrp file
Now power off your Galaxy tab 2 and wait while the shut down process is completed.
Next, enter goto recovery mode on your tablet. (Hold power & vol+)
The first thing to do from recovery mode is to wipe the system. So, select “wipe data factory reset”, “wipe cache partition” and “wipe dalvik cache”.
Aferwards, go back to main menu of recovery and from there choose “install zip from SD card” follow video tutorial
install CM 13 on your Galaxy Tab 2.
after that install Google Apps package for google applications
reboot system now
You can now easily update your Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 P5100, P5110 and P5113 to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow using CyanogenMod 13 custom ROM.

ReplyDeleteI've done a TWRP flash 4 times. Then found the words 'Custom binary download: yes (1 count)'.
I don't know why TWRP is not installed.
That's it, I'm patient to learn this flashing.
I had an issue, a black screen after the samsung logo, i felt stupid when i realized that the only i had to do was wait 'till it boot into twrp by itself, it takes a little bit longer than i expected
